Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Pediatric Outpatient Clinic

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Union City, CA. You'll work alongside experienced Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, family-centered therapy to children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, orthopedic, neurological, and motor needs.

Our ideal candidate has an active California COTA license and enjoys working with children of various ages and diagnoses in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve fine motor, sensory processing, self-help, visual-motor, and functional skills.
- Collaborate with OTs, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and families to support each child's progress.
- Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and therapeutic clinic environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
- Pediatric experience preferred (fieldwork or professional experience welcomed).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for working with children and their families.
