School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in a school setting in the Fremont area while also serving in a mentorship and supervisory capacity for SLPAs and Clinical Fellows (CFs). This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking to expand into leadership, clinical mentorship, and team development while continuing to make a meaningful impact with students.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) and support implementation of evidence-based interventions across school settings
- Supervise, mentor, and collaborate with SLPAs, providing clinical guidance, support, and oversight to ensure quality service delivery and compliance
- Provide Clinical Fellowship (CF) supervision, mentorship, feedback, and professional development support to emerging clinicians
- Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, pragmatics, and AAC needs as appropriate
- Participate in IEP meetings, communicate with families, and collaborate closely with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, supervision requirements, and compliance with school and state guidelines

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CA SLP License (or eligibility)
- Experience or interest in supervising SLPAs and/or providing CF mentorship preferred
- Prior pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and supporting clinician growth
